In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers as they explore our extensive collection of books and literary resources. Your language skills will help ensure that they receive the best possible support and assistance throughout their shopping experience.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about literature and enjoy helping others. You will play a crucial part in guiding customers, answering their queries, and providing expert recommendations to enhance their online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via email, phone, and chat
• Assist customers with questions about book availability, orders, and shipping
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Provide detailed information about book titles, authors, and promotions
• Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in an e-commerce or retail setting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A passion for books and literature is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software
