Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 3-4 years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital-based IR unit.

Details\n
    \n
  • Hospital-based Interventional Radiology unit
  • \n
  • 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • \n
  • 10 call shifts per month, including at least one weekend of call per month covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • \n
  • One long weekend off per month without needing to submit a time-off request (e.g., Friday and Monday off when scheduled Monday–Thursday)
  • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • 3-4 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
  • \n
  • Required certifications: ARRT (R) and BLS (AHA)
  • \n
  • Preferred certifications: ARRT (VI) and ACLS (AHA)
  • \n
  • License required if applicable
  • \n
  • Must live 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
  • \n
Additional Information\n
    \n
  • First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
  • \n
  • RTs self-schedule their call shifts, including weekend call, after the primary monthly schedule is set
  • \n
  • In the event of a facility-declared emergency, staff may be assigned to an emergency response team and expected to remain on-site or serve as part of a relief team until the event passes
  • \n
  • Any requested time off should be disclosed and discussed during the interview process
  • \n
