- Floating: May float within scope to meet facility needs \n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission \n
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required \n
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate required \n
- Experience with labor and delivery, obstetrical triage, and couplet care preferred \n
- First-time travelers accepted \n
- COVID-19 vaccination required; no exemptions \n
- Flu vaccination required, with medical or religious exemptions only \n
- Must provide 2 supervisor references \n
- Willingness to float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate facility if needed \n

- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring patients and postpartum families \n
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond quickly to changes in condition \n
- Support triage, admissions, labor support, delivery recovery, and couplet care \n
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote positive patient outcomes \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support efficient unit flow \n
- Assist with patient education, comfort measures, and family-centered care \n
- Adapt to changing assignment needs while maintaining high standards of bedside nursing care \n
