Job Description\nAmerican Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent acute care hospital experience and a valid license if applicable.
\n \n Responsibilities\n- Position is in an acute care hospital physical therapy department
- Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 16:00
- 13-week assignment
- RTO (requested time off) must be less than 1 week
- Position is not open to local candidates within a 50-mile radius
- Past relevant acute care hospital experience is required
- Only candidates with complete documentation will be considered
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in physical therapy required
- Active physical therapy license required if applicable
- No certifications can expire within the first 30 days of the contract
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Must provide an active driver’s license for consideration
- US Social Security Number required for consideration (no Canadian SIN accepted)
- Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local travelers are not accepted
- Returning candidates must not have worked as permanent staff in any CHS facility within the past 2 years
