Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist with 2+ years of recent MRI experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably with Siemens equipment proficiency.

Details\n

\n
• Inpatient/acute care hospital imaging department
\n
• Department equipment includes 2 Siemens units, 1 Philips unit, and 1 GE unit (GE is outpatient only)
\n
• 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n
• Holiday coverage required as needed
\n
• 13-week contract
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Minimum 2+ years of recent MRI Technologist experience in a busy hospital setting
\n
• Inpatient/acute care hospital experience required
\n
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment required; 4+ years preferred
\n
• Active BLS, and ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
\n
• MA state license required if applicable
\n
• Valid driver's license required
\n
• 2 professional references required for consideration — at least one must be from a manager-level or above, one must be within the last 12 months, and the other within the last 3 years
\n

• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate
\n
• A current skills checklist completed within the last year is required for consideration
\n
• First-time travelers are not explicitly excluded, but 2+ years of recent acute care MRI experience is required
