Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years Acute Care Case Management/Discharge Planning experience required \n
- Hospital experience required (Behavioral Health experience does not qualify) \n
- Seasoned traveler required ( no first-time travelers) \n
- Active California RN License required \n
- Experience managing 1:25 weekday and 1:45 weekend ratios \n
- Weekend requirement: Every Other Weekend \n
Preferred:
\n- \n
- Strong care coordination and discharge planning background \n
- Acute care facility experience \n

- Pending license accepted (must be active by start date) \n
