Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Logistics & Shipping Department for one of our clients! In this Entry Level role, you will be essential in assisting our Portuguese-speaking clients with their shipping and logistics inquiries. Your strong language skills will help build connections with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are smooth.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding shipping options, logistics, and tracking
• Document interactions and customer inquiries accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with operational teams to resolve complex client issues
• Provide detailed information about service offerings and shipping procedures
• Gather client feedback to continuously improve service delivery
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on logistics practices and services

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in the logistics or shipping industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
