Portuguese Speaking Consultant for Business Software & CRM Solutions Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Consultant to join our Business Software & CRM Solutions Department for one of our clients. In this exciting Entry Level role, you will provide crucial support to our Portuguese-speaking clients in selecting and effectively utilizing our business software and CRM solutions, enabling them to optimize their organizational processes and improve customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include offering personalized consultations, training sessions, and technical assistance to ensure clients maximize the benefits of our software services. Your dedication to client satisfaction will help build strong relationships and encourage ongoing success.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with inquiries and concerns regarding business software and CRM solutions
• Guide clients through the selection and implementation process of suitable software solutions
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and recommend product enhancements
• Stay current on industry advancements and trends in business software and CRM technology

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on customer service
• Experience or knowledge of business software and CRM solutions is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs efficiently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to client interactions
• Previous experience in consulting or customer support is a bonus but not essential
