German Speaking Customer Service for Fitness & Sports Equipment Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Fitness & Sports Equipment Department for one of our clients. In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will provide outstanding support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our range of fitness and sports products.

Your fluency in German is essential as you help clients with product information, order placements, technical support, and any concerns they may have. You will be a key part of our mission to promote health and fitness by ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German through phone, email, and chat regarding fitness and sports equipment
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product specifications, availability, and ordering processes
• Troubleshoot product issues and provide effective solutions
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and service
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our product offerings and services
• Keep updated on industry trends and new product launches

Requirements

• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for fitness and sports
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the fitness or sports industry, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for helping customers and promoting healthy lifestyles
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
