Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with 1:2 patient ratio
\n• Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday
\n• Float to similar units within skillset and to other locations within 40-mile radius including Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River
\n• Subject to being placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum callback
\n• GSA of 48 hours with overtime after 48 hours worked
\n• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS
\n• Minimum 2+ years ICU experience required
\n• Prior critical access/rural experience highly preferred
\n• Experience with occasional pediatric surgical patients (ENT or orthopedic cases)
\n• EPIC charting system used (no prior experience required)
\n• Any scrub color acceptable
\n• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
\n• During flu season, unvaccinated staff required to wear masks at all times
\n• 13-week contract length starting ASAP
\n• Clinical interview required
