- Shift Notes: Variable day shift positions with call coverage \n
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250 \n

- 18 months of Registered Nurse experience required \n
- Active Montana Registered Nurse license \n
- American Heart Association BLS certification \n
- American Heart Association ACLS certification \n
- Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or Diploma from an accredited School of Nursing \n
- Preferred: CNOR certification \n
- Preferred: 1 year of circulating experience \n
- Preferred: 1 year of scrub experience \n
- Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility to be eligible \n

- Provide direct nursing care in the operating room with a focus on patient safety, quality care, and positive surgical outcomes \n
- Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures based on assignment and perioperative team needs \n
- Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate interventions throughout the perioperative process \n
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care \n
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative care team \n
- Deliver patient and family education as appropriate \n
- Support a safe, efficient, and professional surgical environment \n
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a busy operating room setting \n
- Follow policies and protocols related to stroke competency, confidentiality, and clinical standards \n
