- 2+ years recent Home Health experience (high-volume caseloads required) \n
- 1+ year Home Health travel experience (first-time travelers not accepted) \n
- Recent OASIS experience required \n
- Active RN license & BLS required \n
- Updated supervisory references required at submission \n
Assignment Details:

- 8:00 AM start \n
- LA County territory (5–20-mile radius) \n
- Weekend requirement: 1 full weekend + 1 additional weekend shift every 6 weeks \n
- No call \n
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate \n
- Local candidates accepted (no radius rule) \n
Note: Candidates must pass an OASIS exam before interview. Review OASIS-E1 (G Section, GG Section, and M1800 series) prior to testing.
