Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Home Health RN experience with high-volume caseloads (no exceptions).
Travel Experience: At least 1 year of prior Home Health travel RN experience required. General travel experience does not qualify.
Certifications: BLS required.
Special Requirements:
- Recent OASIS experience required.
- Must pass an OASIS exam to be eligible for interview.
- Review OASIS E11 (Mobility: G-Section, GG Section, and M18) prior to exam.
Licensure: Active RN license required
