Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology

Job Details:

\n

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
\n• 13-week assignment with no on-call responsibilities
\n• No floating requirements between units
\n• Weekend coverage required with 6 weekend shifts per contract
\n• Patient ratios: 3 patients during days, 1 patient on weekends
\n• Perform approximately 8 visits per day in 3-room nuclear medicine department
\n• Work with patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Required certifications: ARRT N, CNMT or NMTCB, and BLS
\n• 2 years of experience required, previous charge experience preferred
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• Any scrub color acceptable
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Must complete Pass/Fail exam within first 3 attempts
\n• Skills include nuclear cardiology, PET scans, bone scans, MUGA scans, HIDA scans, starting and maintaining IVs, and proper handling of radioactive materials
\n• PA fingerprints and childline clearance required
\n• Must complete labs within 48 hours of signing
\n• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
