Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a position for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online Marketplace Platform Department for one of our clients! In this vital entry level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking clients as they navigate our online marketplace. Your ability to communicate effectively will enable you to assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they have a rewarding experience on our platform.

If you are passionate about customer service and have an interest in online marketplaces, we would love for you to join our team. You will play a key role in helping customers find solutions and maximize their engagement with our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Czech through email, phone, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions regarding platform features, transactions, and problem resolution
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide detailed information about marketplace services and policies
  • Gather client feedback and recommendations for service improvements
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about platform updates and best practices

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools
