Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical management and Autism, ensuring that our clinical operations meet the highest standards of care. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources and staff .

Duties

• Oversee the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform clinical strategies.
• Marketing as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare mangement, Psychology, Applied behavior analysis
• Proven experience in medical management or healthcare management roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on clinical outcomes.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement within the clinical setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
