Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about music streaming features, subscriptions, and troubleshooting.
• Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up and analysis.
• Work closely with team members to meet service goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A genuine passion for music and knowledge of music streaming platforms.
• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or dynamic setting.
