Travel Med Surg RN with Rehab experience
Start: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 6p-6:30a, weekends required, call required, floating required

\n

Call requirements: No standing call. May be placed on call if volume supports but no more than the 48hrs of call-off time already in the standard contract

\n

Floating requirements: Mainly to MS only for patient assignments. May be floated to other units for tasking (only with existing competencies)

\n

 

\n

1+ year experience required

\n

BLS required
Rehab/Med Surg experience required

\n

\n
• Number of beds in unit = 10 beds
\n
• Patient ratio = 1:10 (swing patients only)
\n
• Scope of role: Provide nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients. May absorb med-surg patients if swing volume drops. These patients require less nurse-intensive care than traditional med-surg patients but nothing different from a skill standpoint.
\n
• Scrub color = Any solid color
\n
• EMR = MedHost
\n

\n

Travelers must show proof of residence greater than 50 miles from facility
& have not worked perm. Staff for CHS with in the last 12months
