Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Veterinary Services Department for one of our clients. In this vital entry level role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our Czech-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to veterinary services and ensuring they receive the highest level of care for their pets.
Your fluency in Czech will be essential as you communicate effectively with pet owners, helping them understand available services, schedule appointments, and address any concerns they may have about their pets' health. Your empathetic and knowledgeable approach will foster trust and enhance customer satisfaction within our community of pet owners.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat regarding veterinary service inquiries
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, service information, and pet health resources
- Resolve client concerns and questions in a professional and timely manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure effective communication and service delivery
- Gather customer feedback to inform improvements in our veterinary services
- Stay updated on veterinary practices and pet care trends to assist clients effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in veterinary or pet services, is preferred
- Capability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine passion for animals and dedication to helping pet owners
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
