We are seeking a Counter Sales to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Some form of plumbing/heating experience
- Strong negotiation skills

Then, in 2000, Matt added a second Seekonk Supply store in Providence, RI, and, in 2006, a new Seekonk Supply store in North Attleboro, MA, opened its doors. In August of 2013, Seekonk Supply added a location in Bridgewater, MA. With Matt now continuing to run the company, his sons Mitch and Colin both play integral roles in daily operations.
