RN – Emergency Room (ED) Travel Contract
\nLocation: George Washington University Hospital, Washington, DC 20037
Shift: Nights | 3x12s | 36 hrs/week
Local Requirement: Must live 50+ miles from the facility

Role
\nProvide emergency nursing care for urgent, psychiatric, pediatric, trauma, and critical-care patients. Must be experienced with high-acuity interventions including medication titration, arterial lines, mass transfusions, and chest tubes.

Requirements
\n- \n
- 3+ years ED/ER experience \n
- Active RN license in DC \n
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS & TNCC – Required \n
- Cerner experience – Required \n
- BSN highly preferred \n
- Travel experience preferred \n
- Must be willing to work as the bedside trauma RN in the trauma room \n
- Must be comfortable with 1:5 patient ratios. \n
