- Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 06:45-19:15 \n
- Hours Per Week: 36 \n
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370 \n
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend \n
- On-Call Requirement: 2-3 on-call shifts per month \n
- Holiday Requirement: Rotational holidays \n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license \n
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience \n
- Experience caring for pediatric patients and willingness to float to Med/Surg as needed \n
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications \n
- Completion of an intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring course within the past 24 months \n
- Commitment to obtaining PALS prior to start if not already current \n
- Experience with EPIC preferred \n
- Prior travel nursing experience and rural hospital experience preferred \n
- Nicotine-free facility compliance required \n

- Provide high-quality nursing care in Labor & Delivery \n
- Support laboring patients, postpartum recovery, and newborn care as appropriate \n
- Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition \n
- Float to Med/Surg for overflow patients when needed \n
- Care for pediatric patients when assigned \n
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to promote safe, compassionate care \n
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards throughout the assignment \n
- Participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage as scheduled \n
