We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. Our unit is known for its high-quality patient care and excellence in maternal health. As an RN in Labor and Delivery, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to expectant mothers and newborns, ensuring a safe and positive experience for families.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
\n
• Monitor and assess patients throughout the labor process.
\n
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
\n
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.
\n
• Educate patients and families about the labor process, newborn care, and postpartum recovery.
\n
• Handle emergencies and adapt care based on patient needs and conditions.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
\n
• Experience with high-risk patients and immediate newborn care.
\n
• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
\n
• Certifications in BLS/ALS and Advanced Fetal Monitoring are required.
\n
