Position Overview: Experienced PCU Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a travel assignment in Saginaw, MI. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a progressive care setting while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care including:
- Medication administration
- Treatments and interventions
- Patient education
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Delegate tasks and supervise support staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
Additional Details
- Every other weekend & holiday required / No call
- Will float to other PCU/Med-Surg units as needed
Requirements\n\nMinimum 2+ years of PCU experience (REQUIRED)\n\nRecent travel experience (highly preferred)
