American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Medical-Surgical ICU position requiring at least 1-2 years of experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and a TX or compact RN license.

- Medical-Surgical ICU setting in a hospital environment \n
- Patient ratio of 1:2 \n
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00) \n
- Epic EMR used; experience preferred but not required \n
- 13-week contract \n

- Active TX or compact RN license required \n
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required \n
- Minimum 1-2 years of ICU nursing experience required \n
- Travel nursing experience preferred \n
- Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration \n
- Candidates must reside outside of the following TX counties to be eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris \n

- Travel pairs or groups will not be accepted for this position \n
- Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before working as a traveler \n
- No more than 3 days of RTO will be approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation \n
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible \n
