Join a leading healthcare provider as a Travel Med Surg RN with Rehab experience in Kirksville, MO. This contract position offers the opportunity to work nights, providing essential care to patients in a supportive environment. With a focus on delivering high-quality nursing care, you will be responsible for managing up to 10 inpatient rehab patients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and compassion.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients, with the potential to absorb med-surg patients if swing volume decreases. \n
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:10 for swing patients. \n
- Float to other units for tasking as needed, ensuring competencies are met. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- 1+ year of Med Surg and Rehab experience required. \n
- BLS certification required. \n
- Ability to accommodate call requirements, with no standing call but possible on-call shifts based on volume. \n
- Weekend shifts required. \n
This position includes a flexible approach to scheduling, with blocked scheduling requests accommodated. Scrub colors are any solid color, and the electronic medical record system used is MedHost.
