ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Henderson, North Carolina.

Registered Nurse - Emergency Department\n\n
Location\nCandidate must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility.
\n\nAssignment Duration\nThis is a 13-week contract position.
\n\nSchedule\nShift: 19:00 - 07:00 (36 hours per week). Must work 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.
\n\nJob Description\nJoin a high-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department with a focus on providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population. The RN in this role will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department. \n
- Utilize clinical judgment to evaluate patient needs and response to treatments. \n
- Implement nursing interventions based on patient assessments. \n
- Assist in managing trauma, stroke, sepsis, and STEMI cases. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). \n
- \n
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse. \n
- Current RN license required. \n
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. \n
- Experience with Peripheral IVs, stroke protocols, sepsis management, and STEMI procedures is highly desirable. \n
