\n\nJob Description\nWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing the highest level of care to our patients.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care, including starting IVs, inserting Foley catheters, and NG tubes. \n
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report to healthcare team. \n
- Administer medications and manage heparin drips. \n
- Perform EKGs and maintain accurate patient records using electronic health records (EHR). \n
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. \n
- \n
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience with at least 1 travel assignment completed. \n
- Current certifications in NIH, ACLS, and BLS. \n
- Ability to float to inpatient rehab or ER as needed. \n
