American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro ICU/SICU night shift position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and active Epic EMR proficiency.

- Work setting is an inpatient Surgical and Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (Neuro ICU/SICU) \n
- Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30 \n
- 13-week contract \n

- Active NY State RN license required at time of consideration \n
- Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant ICU experience required \n
- Epic EMR experience is required; candidates without it will not be considered \n
- All certifications must be issued by AHA or RQI \n
- Must have a valid US Social Security Number; Canadian SINs are not accepted \n
- Flu vaccination required; only medically documented exemptions signed by a licensed professional are accepted — personal or religious exemptions will not be honored \n
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months \n

- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility and outside the following counties: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington \n
- ICU applicants must complete and pass a competency test (2 attempts allowed) \n
- No blocked scheduling permitted \n
- More than 3 call-outs during the contract period may result in termination; make-up shifts must be completed within 6 weeks of the last call-out \n
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of application \n
- Travel pairs are not permitted for this position \n
