Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products and e-sports services, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and product features.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
• A strong passion for gaming and knowledge of e-sports.
• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
