Travel Swing Bed RN

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 6p-6:30a, weekends required, floating required

Floating requirements: Mainly to MS only for patient assignments. May be floated to other units for tasking (only with existing competencies)

BLS required
Rehab and/or Med Surg experience required

\n

General Comments

\n

\n
• Blocked scheduling requests may be accommodated. No week on/week off.
\n
• Number of beds in unit = 10 beds
\n
• Patient ratio = 1:10 (swing patients only)
\n
• Scope of role: Provide nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients. May absorb med-surg patients if swing volume drops. These patients require less nurse-intensive care than traditional med-surg patients but nothing different from a skill standpoint.

• Scrub color = Any solid color
\n
• EMR = MedHost
