Job Description
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

- 42 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
- Active RN License
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA) or ENPC
- TNCC
- Conscious Sedation Certification (completed through the facility after confirmation)
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 7-On / 7-Off Schedule | Must be flexible for days, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience required
- Active State RN License required at time of submission
- Experience in a high-volume Emergency Department preferred
- Must be comfortable rotating through multiple ED care areas, including:
- Main ED
- Fast Track
- ED Observation Unit
- Triage
- Quick Registration
- COVID Testing/Screening areas
- Willingness to float to qualified departments as needed
Strong Emergency Room RN with experience in trauma, triage, observation, and fast-track settings\nFlexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a contractor-supported facility\nAble to work rotating assignments and float within scope as needed
