COMPENSATION
\n$52.00/hr (regular on-site rate)
\n $78.00/hr (overtime rate)
\n $5.00/hr (on-call rate)
\n $52.00/hr (call-back rate, 2-hour minimum)
\n $3,246.00/week total package (includes per diem)
\n $500.00 one-time travel allowance paid at start

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
\nFacility: Cass Lake PHS Indian Hospital (CLIHS)
\n Location: 425 7th Street NW, Cass Lake, MN 56633
\n Start Date: September 2025
\n End Date: January 31, 2027
\n Setting: Hospital - Radiology, Emergency/Urgent Care, Inpatient
\n
SCHEDULE
\nMonday through Friday, 40 hours per week
\n Shift options: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 3:30 PM to Midnight
\n Occasional weekday after-hours on-call: Midnight to 7:00 AM ($5.00/hr; $52.00/hr 2-hour minimum if called in)
\n Occasional weekend on-call: Saturday 7:00 AM through Monday 7:00 AM ($5.00/hr; $52.00/hr 2-hour minimum if called in)
\n Holiday on-call: 24-hour coverage for federally recognized holidays ($5.00/hr; $52.00/hr 2-hour minimum if called in)
\n 45-minute response time required for all on-call assignments
\n Overtime authorized only to complete an exam in progress
\n
RESPONSIBILITIES
\nPerform general radiographic exams including chest, head, abdomen, spine, and upper and lower extremities
\n Perform CT imaging exams as ordered by medical providers
\n Apply ALARA principle 100% during all imaging procedures
\n Independently evaluate exam quality and repeat imaging as needed
\n Perform quality control on radiography units and report malfunctions
\n Maintain patient image files and required documentation
\n Follow all IHS policies, HIPAA regulations, and infection control standards
\n Participate in radiology QA/QI programs and continuing education
\n Provide services in Radiology, Emergency/Urgent Care, and Inpatient Departments
\n Complete IHS computer security awareness training prior to start
\n
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
\nActive ARRT Registration in Radiography (R) - required
\n Active ARRT Registration in Computed Tomography (CT) - required
\n Current BLS/CPR certification (American Red Cross or AHA)
\n Must pass federal background check including fingerprinting (P.L. 101-630)
\n No OIG exclusions
\n Valid cell phone for on-call contact
\n Ability to respond on-site within 45 minutes when on call
\n
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
\nContractor is responsible for own transportation and housing
\n $1,246.00 per diem included in weekly package
\n $500.00 one-time travel allowance paid upon start
\n Contractor must manage own radiation safety program including dosimetry badges
\n
