American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU Nights position at a community hospital in Warsaw, IN, requiring 1-2 years of critical care experience and an active IN or compact RN license.

- Located in a 72-bed community hospital with a 14-bed ICU \n
- ICU patient population includes ventilator-dependent patients, IV drips, IV sedation, and occasional post-procedure recoveries after hours \n
- Patient ratio is 2:1 or 3:1 depending on acuity \n
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM \n
- Every 3rd weekend required \n
- No on-call requirements \n
- Floating to Med/Surg Telemetry may be required, with a 6:1 ratio, or PCU overflow at 1:5 \n
- EMR: Cerner (experience preferred) \n

- Active IN or compact RN license required \n
- Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS \n
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date \n
- 1-2 years of recent critical care experience required \n
- Valid driver's license required \n
- ECMO and trauma ERRT experience are not required and not expected \n
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not accepted \n
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months \n

- Responsibilities include caring for vent-dependent patients, managing IV drips and sedation, and supporting post-procedure recoveries after hours \n
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position \n
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration \n
- Block scheduling is not available for this assignment \n
