Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding fashion and apparel inquiries.
• Assist customers with order processing, product information, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer inquiries accurately to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service targets.
• Participate in training to stay informed about current fashion trends and company products.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
• A passion for fashion and excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
