Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare and cook menu items to company standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
• Ensure food is prepared to the correct temperature, portion, and presentation
• Follow recipes and execute prep lists to maintain consistent food quality
• Work with team members to ensure timely and accurate ticket execution
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Assist with closing duties, inventory, and prep for the next shift

Qualifications:

• Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, cleanliness, and food handling procedures
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Able to work in an environment with heights over 6 feet
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Able to stand for duration of shift
