We're excited to welcome a dynamic and proactive Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to our Miami team.

Position Overview:

Thema USA is growing, and we're seeking an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment, excels in client communication via phone and email, and has a genuine passion for sales and service. In this role, you'll handle daily customer service tasks while nurturing and expanding our existing house accounts through thoughtful follow-ups and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly customer service support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing client requests.

• Be the go-to person for assigned house accounts, offering ongoing support, training opportunities, and brand updates.

• Share Thema's inspiring brand story, product lines, and services with clients.

• Conduct regular, personalized follow-ups to encourage inventory refreshes and provide helpful sales analysis.

• Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

• Keep accurate records of client interactions and activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural talent for building relationships.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients regularly.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficient with email, phone etiquette, and basic CRM tools.

• Passion for fashion, eyewear, or luxury products is a plus!
