Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our team for full-time, long-term industrial work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with travel and ready to work on job sites across multiple states. Expect to be away from home approximately 50% of the time, with all travel expenses and per diem covered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and components

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and within scope

  • Follow all company and job site safety protocols

  • Accurately document work performed and report project progress

  • Travel to project sites throughout the region, staying out of town as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid Journeyman Electrician License (CT or ability to reciprocate)

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience

  • Proficiency in conduit bending, motor controls, PLCs, and industrial equipment wiring

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

  • Clean driving record and willingness to travel

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Preferred:

  • OSHA 10/30 certification

  • Experience working in power plants, manufacturing facilities, or large-scale industrial environments

  • Multi-state license or reciprocity knowledge is a plus
