- Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week\n
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,980 – $2,080\n
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend\n
- Floating: As needed to Post-Partum\n
- Orientation: 2 floor-specific shifts\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (valid for practice in Georgia preferred)\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience — travel nursing experience required\n
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate or above Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)\n
- Experience managing high-risk and routine OB patients, perinatal and postpartum care\n
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR and OB Trace FHM system preferred\n
- Ability to work every other weekend and rotate holidays with permanent staff\n
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills for high-volume OB settings\n

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a 12-bed L&D unit with 5 antepartum beds and 2 ORs\n
- Manage patients in the OB emergency room (6 beds) and support approximately 150–200 births per month\n
- Assist with high-risk OB cases, routine deliveries, C-sections, cerclages, and tubal procedures\n
- Collaborate with neonatologists, OB hospitalists, lactation consultants, and OR techs to ensure coordinated perinatal care\n
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR and adhere to hospital policies and AWHONN staffing ratios\n
- Float to the Postpartum unit as needed and participate in unit orientation and competency validation\n
