Mechanical Engineer - Now Hiring

Responsibilities: Plan and create mechanical designs, perform engineering calculations to support design work Review, analyze and approve product design and changes Interact with customers to discuss project specifications and develop solutions Collaborate with Engineering Dept to ensure operational objectives are met Collaborate with the Sales team to develop product ideas and propose design improvements Collaborate with Management on R&D initiatives to develop new products and improve existing products Collaborate with Production team to ensure products meet design specifications Assist with design & development of production tooling & fixtures Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field Proficiency with mechanical design principles Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with CAD software, Solidworks experience preferred Additional Preferred Experience: Experience with liquid filtration products, principles, concepts Experience in fluid handling and fluid transfer principles Experience with FEA and Flow Simulation software Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance options Retirement: 401k plan with employer match Paid Time Off & Holidays: 6-8 Paid National Holidays per year Bonus: Annual bonus paid based on company & employee performance Company Info: Miller-Leaman, Inc. is a manufacturing company founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida.
