Position Overview - As a BCBA at ABT, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of children and their families while enjoying a collaborative, friendly work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Assessments: Perform intake evaluations, including functional behavioral and skills assessments, to determine the best course of action for each client.
- Designing Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Supervising Technicians: Lead a team of ABA technicians, providing supervision, modeling best practices, and ensuring effective implementation of behavior support and skill acquisition plans.
- Family Support: Work closely with families to explain assessment results, treatment recommendations, and to provide continuous support and guidance.
- Data Management: Collect and analyze data, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and provide regular progress updates to families and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- BCBA Certification
- Experience working with children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and a vehicle for travel between assignments

- Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

Schedule
- Monday – Friday (No Weekends)
- Hybrid Position (Part Virtual / In-Person as needed)
- Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel between client locations
