Associate Attorney (Public Finance)

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is seeking an Associate to join our growing Public Finance and Government Services Group in our Radnor, Harrisburg, or Lancaster Pennsylvania locations.

McNees’ Public Finance and Government Services team is comprised of accomplished lawyers that provide specialized legal services to government entities at all levels. State agencies, political subdivisions, school districts, municipalities, and authorities turn to McNees attorneys for comprehensive, responsive advice regarding the complex legal issues and challenges.

Candidates should have the following:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active licensure in Pennsylvania
• 2-4 years of corporate transactional experience and or/public finance; partial roster of committed clients a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Proactive, highly motivated, and detail oriented
