Janitorial Crew - State Park Marina
Job Description
Full-Time, Seasonal Position
Non-Exempt, Hourly Status
Reports To: Marina Manager
The Janitorial Crew member is responsible for keeping all aspects of our property in a clean and orderly manner.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Perform clean up of all areas around the property as directed
- Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot
- Assist with removal of garbage and recycling daily
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- Complete other duties as assigned by marina managers
Minimum Job Requirements:
Qualifications- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education Position requires a minimum of two (2) years High School, or GED.
Experience This position requires previous work experience in dealing with the public (i.e. customer service) on a daily basis, and treating customers with respect. Previous experience preferred.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee must be able work in outdoor weather conditions.
