German Speaking CS for SaaS & Cloud Computing Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Support Specialist in our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. This role, located in Athens, Greece, involves providing exceptional support and guidance to our German-speaking clients regarding our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing products. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting optimal usage of our services. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our SaaS and cloud computing products.
• Guide customers in product usage and promote best practices to enhance their experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our support database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Keep informed of industry trends and product updates to provide customers with the latest information.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer support or technical support roles is preferred, especially in SaaS or cloud computing.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud computing or software services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
