Job Requirements\n

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
\n
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
\n
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced emergency department setting
\n
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills
\n
• Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain high standards of patient care
\n
• Completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation
\n

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide safe, compassionate, and efficient care to patients in the emergency department
\n
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring of patients with varying acuity levels
\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to clinical protocols and provider orders
\n
• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately and promptly
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold unit standards
\n
• Support weekend and holiday coverage as part of the unit schedule
\n
