- Excellent communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills \n
- Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain high standards of patient care \n
- Completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation \n

- Provide safe, compassionate, and efficient care to patients in the emergency department \n
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring of patients with varying acuity levels \n
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to clinical protocols and provider orders \n
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately and promptly \n
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes \n
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold unit standards \n
- Support weekend and holiday coverage as part of the unit schedule \n
