Work Schedule:
\n50% FTE, 8/10 hour day/evening shifts, Monday – Friday with hours between 6:40am - 15:40pm. No weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

\nWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
\n- \n
- Utilize acquired knowledge and skills related to perioperative nursing care, procedures, and equipment in order to provide safe, individualized patient care. \n
- Assume the overall responsibility for management of the operating room to which you are assigned. \n
- Be part of an outpatient OR setting that performs procedures on patients of all ages and for many types of surgeries, including ENT, cataracts, pain, hand, foot, ortho (scopes), general, and some GYN. Plastic surgery cases such as breast augmentations, reductions, abdominoplasties, liposuctions, gender mastectomies, etc. \n

- Associate's Degree in Nursing Required \n
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred \n
- \n
- 6 months of relevant clinical experience Required \n
- Recent relevant Operating Room experience Preferred \n
- \n
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Upon Hire Required \n
- Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required \n
