Job Requirements\n

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
\n
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg, acute care, or hospital nursing experience
\n
• BLS certification required
\n
• ACLS certification required
\n
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
\n
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare setting
\n
• Comfortable working a day shift schedule with rotating weekends
\n

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients
\n
• Complete thorough assessments and monitor patients for changes in condition
\n
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
\n
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient care plans
\n
• Document care, patient responses, and clinical observations in the medical record
\n
• Respond promptly to patient needs and prioritize care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit
\n
• Support a positive patient experience through professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication
