Job Description

\n

Seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in a hospital setting. The technologist will perform MRI procedures and assist in the diagnosis and treatment of anatomical and physiological disorders while ensuring exceptional patient care and safety.

\n

 

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Perform MRI procedures according to department protocols and physician orders.
\n
• Provide safe and compassionate patient care throughout imaging exams.
\n
• Ensure quality images are obtained for diagnostic purposes.
\n
• Follow radiation safety and MRI safety procedures.
\n
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare team members.
\n
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
\n
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed.
\n

Dress Code:

\n
• Hospital blue scrubs, plain personal scrubs, or business casual with lab coat.
\n
• Closed-toe shoes required.
\n
• Hair must be secured if longer than shoulder length.
\n
• No dangling earrings or hooded sweatshirts.
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Minimum 3 years of recent MRI experience in a hospital setting.
\n
• ARRT Certification required.
\n
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
\n
• New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License required (temporary license available for qualified candidates with equivalent state licensure).
\n
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
\n
• Permanent address must be included with submission.
\n

• Updated work history/resume.
\n
• ARRT certification verification.
\n
• Active AHA BLS certification.
\n
• New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License (or equivalent license eligible for temporary NH licensure).

• Any requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission.
\n

\n
• EMR: Epic.
\n
• 169-bed regional medical center.
\n

\n

• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible.
