Requirements:
\n Active NJ RN License
\n BLS & ACLS Required
\n CCRN Preferred
\n Minimum 1 year of Critical Care RN experience in a hospital setting
\n Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
\n Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
\n
Job Responsibilities:
\n • Provide comprehensive nursing care to CVICU patients using the nursing process
\n • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
\n • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based care
\n • Maintain excellent communication and patient-centered care standards
