Job Requirements\n

\n
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
\n
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
\n
• Rehabilitation nursing experience required
\n
• Current BLS certification required
\n
• Ability to work nights, weekends, call, and float as needed
\n
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
\n
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation or acute care hospital settings preferred
\n

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab/swing patients
\n
• Support Med/Surg patient care when census changes or unit needs require it
\n
• Complete patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor clinical status
\n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote quality outcomes and patient progress
\n
• Document accurately in the EMR and maintain high standards of charting
\n
• Adapt to floating assignments within competency scope and provide support where needed
\n
• Deliver high-quality clinical support in a fast-paced hospital nursing environment
\n
