- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and eligibility to work in New Mexico \n
- Experience caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients preferred \n
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills \n
- Ability to remain flexible, organized, and calm in a fast-paced clinical setting \n
- Current clinical certifications as required by facility policy \n
- \n
- Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments and ongoing reassessments per policy \n
- Provide safe, compassionate patient care tailored to each patient’s age and condition \n
- Reevaluate the plan of care based on patient response and clinical progress \n
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and pain management \n
- Communicate clearly with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members \n
- Assist with procedures and provide skilled nursing interventions within RN licensure \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality \n
- Support care coordination, discharge planning, and collaboration with other departments \n
- Safely operate equipment and contribute to a respectful, team-based care environment \n
