Job Requirements\n

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and eligibility to work in New Mexico
\n
• Experience caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients preferred

• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
\n
• Ability to remain flexible, organized, and calm in a fast-paced clinical setting

• Current clinical certifications as required by facility policy
\n

Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments and ongoing reassessments per policy
\n
• Provide safe, compassionate patient care tailored to each patient’s age and condition
\n
• Reevaluate the plan of care based on patient response and clinical progress
\n
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and pain management
\n
• Communicate clearly with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members

• Assist with procedures and provide skilled nursing interventions within RN licensure
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
\n
• Support care coordination, discharge planning, and collaboration with other departments
\n
• Safely operate equipment and contribute to a respectful, team-based care environment
